Maryana Fadlallah

 

Maryana Fawaz Fadlallah, a Co-founder of GMF, has been extensively involved in charity work for the past 13 years.

A co-owner of a Kano based gift shop, Maryana has also been a professional baker for over 10 years giving her considerable experience in financial management and commercial business awareness.

Fluent in English, Arabic and Hausa, Maryana has exceptional communication skills that are advantageous in terms of acquiring new and willing sponsors as well as raising funds for the NGO.

With her enthusiastic and lively personality, she was constantly involved in hands-on supervision of the projects at hand, ensuring smooth execution of operations.

 

Maryana left the foundation in 2023.

Though our paths are no longer fully aligned with the structure of the Foundation, the journey itself continues. 

​

Marayana remains on the same path of Giving Back to the less privileged communities in Kano in a more personal way. 

She continues to raise awareness and support for GMF and never ceases to help whenever the need arises.
